Wark Farm

As promised on Friday I'm writing a rare second email this month with details of product available for ordering and delivery this week. It was great to see so many customers over the weekend at Banchory Farmers Market on Saturday and at Deeside Local Food Festival on Sunday; lots of great chat, tastings and food and farming talk - thanks as ever for being such an engaging and supportive community.

We are making good progress with the tidy up after the fire and wheels are moving pretty fast but as yet we don't have chill facilities set up at the farm so we won't be open at the farm for collections or shop this month. We are delivering on Friday to our usual areas in Deeside, Donside & Aberdeen and an up to date order form is available online here if you wish to place an order for delivery. We have a nice range really nice Hebridean hogget (older lamb) and a good selection of Belted Galloway beef. We also have some great red deer venison from the Donside hills. We don't have bacon or pies this month I'm afraid as we had lost our stock in the fire. We have a nice selection of our chicken and the first of our ducks for this year - a batch of Saxony ducks hatched and raised here on the farm. Available as whole birds, breasts or legs.
